Biden to Federal Contractors: Make Plans to Cut Your Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
The new rule would apply to 85 percent of the emissions connected to federal contractors, estimated to be more than twice as large as the emissions from the government’s 300,000 buildings and 600,000 vehicles combined.
