Veteran Suicide Awareness

This month I was nominated/challenged by a good friend to help bring awareness to veteran suicides and Veteran Suicide Awarenessprevention. This is a very good trend that’s going viral. Many of my fellow Marines and service members are participating by sharing resources to help others get help in their time of need.

Having lost a few good friends and peers to suicide, I am especially touched by this movement to bring awareness to this cause.

If you or anyone you know needs anyone to talk and seek help, here’s a few resources:

Military One Source Crisis Line

Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center

Marine Corps Recruit Depot Suicide Prevention

Veterans Affairs Suicide Prevention

I’ll be publishing a new video every time I do the 22 push-ups, and challenge another friend to join me in sharing their videos spreading awareness of this cause.

Thank you for your continued support and please share with your friends!

Semper fidelis,

– AJ Rosario
